Size Chart Overall Dress

The bust area is open at the sides, so waist and hip measurements are more important to find your fit. The waist measurement is taken at top side button, this hits below your natural waist.  You can adjust the bodice/total length using the buttons on the straps. I think these overalls look best fitting slightly loose. If you are an apple shape and don't want it clinging around your waist you might consider sizing up if your waist measurements are close to the garment ones.
