Our felt items are all made from 100% wool.
Spot clean using a damp cloth and a small amount of mild soap, wool wash would be ideal. Rinse away the soap with a clean damp cloth. Allow to air dry out of direct sunlight.
If your felt item needs a more thorough clean it can be hand washed in a tub of cool soapy water. Move your item about to remove the dirt. Try not to scrub it too hard to avoid damaging it. Rinse and press out excess water. Lie on a towel to allow it to air dry completely.
All our felt is dyed with low impact AZO free dyes. This is good for the environment and you but does mean that there is some chance that colours might run when washed. Always do a spot test first.
Store in a clean dry area away from potential pests.
