Shipping and Returns


We use Australia post parcel post to send out our parcels.  We offer flat rate shipping within Australia of $10.95 on all orders below $180 and Free shipping over $180.

We aim to ship within 2-3 days of purchase, but usually sooner.  If you require express or registered shipping please contact us.

If you live locally you can also opt for free pick up.  Please only select this option if you are able to pick up it up from us in Wandiligong, Victoria within two weeks.  If you can we'd love to meet you too so just select this option at checkout!

We also ship to New Zealand and the UK.  The rates for these destinations are calculated by weight.

We want you to enjoy your experience shopping online with us and hope that you love the products that you buy from us as much as we do.  We are a small business, working to bring you beautiful, quality, handmade & affordable products.  We try to show colours as accurately as possible in our photos but colours can vary between monitors, we are not responsbile for the colour not being exactly as you expected.

Can I exchange or return my item?

We do offer refunds, exchanges or store credit if you have changed your mind or the size is wrong.  Just return it in ‘as new’ state within 30 days of receipt.  If you want to exchange it it’s a good idea to email us so that we can check availability and hold the item you would like.  Please include a prepaid and addressed postage satchel for your return item.  You are responsible for the cost of return postage and postage or your replacement item.  We don’t credit postage so any store credit will be for the cost of the item (ex postage).

What if my item is faulty?

We carefully check our items before we send them out. The handmade nature of the items we sell means that there may be variations in colour or texture of the fabrics. These are part of their unique appeal rather than faults.  If however there is a genuine fault with your item please contact us by email or phone and we can then arrange for you to return it for a full refund of its cost plus postage or an exchange.
